So i had went to taco bell and ordered 10 tacos and later that night i felt really sick. So i though i had to puke but no nuclear explosive diarrhea it was so bad that i sharted myself in my sleep and my husband was covered in poop and booty hole juice it was gross. He kicked me out of the house and my daughter got pregnant in the parking lot. And now everywhere i go i shart myself so i bought grown up diapers.

Taco Bell Mansfield. Staff look rushed off their feet taking orders on the only till, and preparing the food. There was only two self service ordering terminals, and the queue for those and the till were long and slow with each couple or group ordering taking 3 to 5 minutes to order.

The order didn't take too long to prepare but our 3 different burreto wrap orders of spicey chicken, a volcano burreto and beefy nacho were indistinguishable from each other with no marking on the grease-proof wrap to indicate which was which. When I asked a staff member if she knew which was which she told me I'd have to bite into them to find out! So someone ends up having to tear each one open to find out whoes is whoes and distribute them amoung your party members.

The tacos I had were dripping with grease, creating a pool in the paper wrapping and transferring to the tiny, postage stamp size table the 4 of us sat at. The tables for 4 would sit 2 in any other place. I ate the tacos (I had paid for them after all), and they tasted ok, but they were disappointing as they looked nothing like the images on the screen. I make ones at home that look more like what they present on the screens. They should be done under trades descriptions!

Our fries supreme order was incorrectly served as a nachos option which meant another trip to the single till and a wait in the queue to get that sorted by staff who seemed utterly overwhelmed and unsupported by anyone who could deal with fixing mistakes. They sorted it and did apologise, but I was not surprised errors were being made by the poor young people in such a pooly run place.

The one waste bin unit was full to bursting as it appeared no staff were responsible for monitoring and emptying it as everyone was at work in the kitchen.

I will never go to a Taco Bell again and would not recommend the greasy joint to anyone.

I would like to commend Taco Bell om So H in Bakersfield for their friendly fast service. I love Taco bell and the food is always fresh and service is fast. You are always greeted with a smile and you leave with a smile

If I could give no stars I would food is cold and awful thought McDonald’s was cheap garbage avoid like a rash staff don’t care either can tell they are paid minimum wage cus they carnt be arsed to even serve any1 when they turn up at the counter

Food was garbage, smallest portion of fries ive ever seen, not to mention that they were stone cold. I ordered the ‚Crunchy’ taco and the taco was soft.The only things they put in the tacos are meat and lettuce-the only thing on the menu that is actually edible is the crunch wrap. The wait for delivery isnt worth it for the bad food. Not recommending.

I ordered a taco bell quesadilla yesterday and while I was eating and I found moldy bread how disgusting is that and how come this could happen I'm really not buying from this place again

I went to the Grant location for my neighbor. She used the Taco Bell website, wrote down her order which was: a combo meal consisting of 2 beef chalupas, crunchy Taco and a large drink for $6.69. When I placed the order, I was told the bill was $11.and change. When I asked what happened to the price of $6.69 no one could answer me. The manager was working the drive thru. He heard my question and pointed to the #6 on the menu board. Update the website and put some warmth to your food. All WAS COLD just like the manager! I WILL NOT be back, EVER!

The fat $#*! working the drive thru at the Petal, Ms location is rude as hell and I will not spend my money at your business any more. The rest of the staff is rude, childish and disrespectful as well. Get it together, this isn't the first time in the evening I've had this problem.

Taco Bell argyle street is worse than hell. It’s full of emo’s who woudlnt know customer service if it slapped them in the face, disgusting workers. The managers told me to f*** off and die. Wont ever be back

NEVER GO TO ANY TACO BELL! I went to SIX taco bells and found out they all suck! I got food posining from 5 out of 6! How bad and from the sixth the told me that they had nothing I wanted! Also don't go to taco bells when they close! They just kick you out an tell you to leave!

I wanted to write this yesterday but I WAS TO MAD! They told me I was ugly in front of my girlfriends!

I went through the drive through with my girlfriend (Sydney). We simply wanted two tacos, one for each of us. When I was trying to order, the lady taking my order kept laughing and talking to her other coworkers. I'm surprised she managed to even get our order right. When we got up to the window, the lady was basically ignoring us and talking to two other girls there. After three minutes, I kid you not, of waiting, we finally were able to pay. We had to wait even longer for the food. I saw these same girls laughing and throwing stuff at each other like this was school recess! In my opinion, this was very unsanitary and unprofessional. Then, after about ten minutes of waiting, these girls finally gave us our food, which by then, was cold. We didn't even bother going back in there, these ladies need to be fired, and stop wasting other peoples' time!

Poor customer service. I was waiting for my order 30 min. I had to cancel and ask for refund. They didn't say sorry.

Just been into one of your restaurants for the first time.... And couldn't buy anything as your menu systems and ordering systems are all down.... Paper menu on the wall maybe. Ate elsewhere as we had no clue what you sell.

ABSOLUTELY DIGUSTED! I am a Hindu Vegetarian.. I went to the @tacobelluk in Woolwich today 23/06/22 at around 12pm and ordered a takeaway VEGETARIAN 7 layer burrito with fries and a regular drink. To come all the way home and to find BEEF In my burrito!

It is AGAINST my religion to eat MEAT!

Do not go to/order from the store on 1307 N Kings Hwy North in Myrtle Beach. These workers at this store as well as the Doordash driver do not follow instructions. I ordered a Dr. Pepper with my order which I didn't find out until I tasted it that it was actually carbonated water. These are the same worthless people who want 15.00+ an hour yet can't even get a simple order correct. So you want to make in some cases as much as a nurse, yet what nurses are doing is important, they have an education and they don't screw up the simplest tasks. That's what is wrong with the world today, these lazy inept Gen Z's think everything is owed to them instead of working for it which is how it should be. Now for the Door Dash driver Boris, he was unable to follow instructions left to make it easier to find my address or most likely didn't even read them. When I saw he was in the wrong area, I called him to explain how to get here and he went back into the same wrong place he had just come from. Tried to call again and he hung up on me. Finally got my order and the drink was a clear carbonated liquid. I said to him I ordered a Dr. Pepper to which he had the nerve as well as the stupidity to say " that is Dr. Pepper" I called my bank to file a claim to stop the payment as I'm not paying for that level of stupidity. Do not order from this taco bell as they don't know their ass from a hole in the ground and if you order doordash and boris is delivering your order, know you'll be dealing with an inept person.
